We had to do a double take when we saw this picture as her Twitter avatar; big smile, brown curls, tongue firmly in her mouth - could this really be her?

Over the past year we’ve grown so used to seeing rude Miley, we’d almost forgotten that she was once an all-American Disney starlette.

We think being on the road must be making her sentimental; just last week she posted another throw-back picture of her with her (utterly gorgeous) mum for Mother’s Day.

We say keep ‘em coming. We love modern-day Miley, but baby Miley was just. Too. Cute.
