President Goodluck never gave Chibok parents N100m - Doyin Okupe

After more than 100 days of missing chibok girls, there has been a lots and lots of shambolic gestures and move made by the presidency. The latest update from  Doyin Okupe, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs,has denied that President Jonathan gave any money to Chibok parents. Who would believe such?  Do you?
